All surveys should be returned to Pastor Lesley by Sunday, February 22, 2026.

You can either place the completed survey on the envelope hanging on her office door, or hand it directly to her.  

For those who prefer an electronic copy or were not here to receive a hard copy, please fill out the form attached in the weekly emails and email it to pastor.
